My son has been attending classes here for about two years and he loves it. The principles they teach and instill in the kids are invaluable. Mr and Mrs Buckingham really strive to teach the kids karate but also discipline. My sons confidence level has improved immensely since we have been stationed here while attending their classes. He was really worried about making new friends and losing the sports he was involved in at our last base. I highly recommend giving them a try.

My son has been in a Karate class here for over a year. I have seen an amazing change in him since, he has always been well behaved but his confidence has grown substantially. The teachers Mr. and Mrs. Buckingham give the class both a profession feel with a family aspect that I don’t believe could be achieved by another Martial Arts environment. They have always been so great with the kids, both kind and continuously teaching discipline. Along with preparing my son for more advanced classes they have encouraged positive growth in other parts of his life as well. Including reading, vocabulary, confidence, memorization, self control, respect along with so much more. This five stars is an easy five stars to give. I am so happy we have chosen ATA and will start our daughter as soon as she is ready.

My grandkids started over a year ago. They had so much fun that I joined them. As the "oldest student" in the class I have learned a lot. The Buckinghams are great instructors with both the kids and us old folk.

Both my son and daughter started karate last year when they were 4 and 7. Their favorite parts have been learning new skills, growing stronger, and learning how to use Ssahng Jeol Bongs.
